What will I receive by purchasing a downloadable tool?

You will be emailed a downloadable file containing the purchased digital tool, pattern or artwork in a JPG, PDF and/or PNG version. Note that PNG files do not always have transparent backgrounds. This is indicated in the description of each pattern.

Are my purchases refundable?

No. As these are downloadable files, we cannot refund you unless the file is basically corrupt. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to find an arrangement.

Can I use the design to create products that I will sell? 

​

Artwork and designs at fitting include commercial license.  Purchasing the pattern allows you to use this pattern to create up to 500 copies of a single product you want to sell. If you want to put this pattern on a second product, please buy the pattern again. If you wish to create more than 500 copies of a product, please contact us for an extended commercial license. The price varies according to the number of copies to be made.

 

If you want to create objects from fabric, we suggest you visit my Spoonflower shop. The design is probably already available for printing on fabric without you needing to purchase it.
